Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 10, 2026

At Reign Dance & Cheer, staffing, facility expenses, class planning, costumes, competition registrations, and event commitments are based on enrollment. Therefore, the following refund policy applies:

Registration Fees

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition

Monthly tuition is non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Missed classes

• Illness

• Vacations

• Schedule conflicts

• Voluntary withdrawal after classes begin

Competition Fees

Competition entry fees, convention fees, judges' fees, music fees, administrative fees, and related competition expenses are non-refundable once invoiced or paid.

Costume Fees

Costume fees are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered.

Camps, Clinics, and Special Events

Fees for camps, clinics, workshops, intensives, open gyms, and special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Reign Dance & Cheer.

Withdrawals

Families wishing to withdraw from classes must provide written notice. Tuition and fees already charged or paid prior to withdrawal remain non-refundable.

Studio Cancellations

If Reign Dance & Cheer cancels a class, camp, clinic, or event, a credit, makeup opportunity, or refund may be provided at the studio's discretion.
