STUDIO POLICIES & SAFETY

Attendance & Punctuality

Consistent attendance is key to progress. Please arrive a few minutes before class starts. Notify the studio via the app if your child will be absent.

Dress Code & Gear

Proper attire ensures safety and technique. Dancers: Leotards and appropriate shoes. Cheer/Tumbling: Fitted athletic wear and clean indoor sneakers.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up & Billing Terms

• Please arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up. Please do not drop off students before class starts.• Students who will be leaving the building without a parent or guardian present must have a signed authorization form on file.• Parents are not permitted in gym or studio spaces unless specifically invited.• We offer a comfortable parent waiting area with viewing windows and live-stream access.**Billing & Tuition**• Billing will continue until a parent notifies the studio that their child is no longer attending. Parents can do this by sending a message through the app or by dropping the class in the Parent Portal.

Registration & Enrollment

How do I register for classes?Registration is completed online through our parent portal. Once you select your classes and submit payment, your child's spot is reserved.

Can my child try a class before enrolling?Yes! Free trial classes are available in many recreational programs, pending class availability.

Can students join after the season begins?Yes. Students may enroll throughout the season if space is available. Contact us for placement recommendations.

What if a class is full?Families may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you.

What ages do you offer classes for?Reign offers dance, cheer, tumbling, and hip hop programs for children ages 18 months–18.

Does my child need previous experience?No. We offer beginner through advanced programs, and our staff can help place your child in the best class based on age and experience.

Tuition & Pricing

How is tuition calculated? Monthly tuition is based on the total number of weekly training hours your child is enrolled in.

When is tuition due? Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

What happens if my payment is late?A $15 late fee is automatically added to accounts that remain unpaid 15 days after the due date.

Do you offer a sibling discount?Yes! Families receive a 25% tuition discount for each additional sibling enrolled.

Is tuition based on the number of classes in a month? No. Tuition is based on enrollment for the season and divided into equal monthly payments for your convenience. Some months may have more or fewer class meetings than others.

Will tuition change during recital or competition season? No. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays, recital preparation, competitions, performances, or the number of classes in a particular month.

Is tuition prorated?Yes. Tuition is automatically prorated for students who enroll after the start of a billing cycle.

Is tuition refundable?Tuition, registration fees, costume fees, recital fees, competition fees, and other payments are non-refundable.

Spring Recital

Do recreational dancers and tumbling athletes participate in a recital? Yes! Recreational dance and tumbling students are invited to perform in our annual Spring Recital.

Is recital participation required? Participation is encouraged but not required.

Is there a recital fee? No. A However, additional expenses such as recital t-shirt, tickets, and flowers may be incurred.

Are costumes included in tuition? No. Costume fees are billed separately during the season.

Will there be a rehearsal? Yes. A mandatory rehearsal is typically scheduled prior to the recital. Details are released well in advance.

When is the recital?Our annual recital takes place each spring. Specific dates are announced during the season.

Do cheer and tumbling students participate in the recital? Yes.

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

What happens if my child misses a class? Please notify us of the absence through the Reign app or parent portal.

Do you offer make-up classes? Make-up opportunities may be available in similar age and skill-level classes when space permits.

Can tuition be refunded for missed classes? No. Tuition is based on enrollment and reserved class space and is not refunded for absences.

Competitive Dance Company

Do I have to audition for Dance Company? Yes. Competitive Dance Company placements are determined through evaluations and auditions.

How many competitions do Dance Company members attend? Competition schedules vary by season and division, but typically 5. Families receive the competition schedule before committing to the season.

Can my dancer compete and take recreational classes?Absolutely! Many students participate in both recreational and competitive programs.

Allstar Cheer

Do athletes have to try out? All athletes attend evaluations to determine the best team placement based on age and skill level.

Is previous cheer experience required? No. We offer opportunities for beginner through advanced athletes.

How many times per week do teams practice?Practice schedules vary by team and age division.

Are competitions mandatory? Yes. Competition attendance is expected for all competitive cheer athletes.

Communication & Facility

How will I receive important information? The Reign app is our primary communication platform. Families should download the app and enable notifications to stay informed about schedules, announcements, and studio updates.

Where can I find schedules and updates? Schedules, announcements, events, and important reminders are available through the Reign app.

How do I contact the studio?Complete the contact form on our website, send us an email, or reach out through the Reign app.

Where can I park?

Parking is available across Oak Street, beside the building, behind City Hall, and in designated public parking areas. Please do not park in spaces reserved for neighboring residential properties.

Can parents watch classes?

Parents are not allowed inside of classes. Parents may sit in our lobby and watch classes through our viewing windows or on our TV.
